Is NRG Play really free?
Completely. There is no payment system on the site, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Every game is a free demo.
Why does a game not load?
Demos run in an embedded window from the game provider. If a title stays blank, refresh the page, check your connection, or try a different browser. Some ad-blockers can interfere with the demo frame.
Do I have to sign in to play?
No. Sign-in is optional and only stores a friendly username locally in your browser to personalise the header. You can spin every demo without it.
How do I reset my play credits?
Simply refresh the demo window. Play credits have no value, so they reset freely with no limit and no cost.
